TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Manager

Our client, a fast-growing consumer technology company, is looking for a Contract TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Manager to own and grow its creator and affiliate program across the U.S. and Mexico.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on creator recruitment, relationship management, campaign execution, and driving GMV through TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate understands the TikTok creator ecosystem and knows how to identify, engage, and retain high-performing creators.

What You’ll Do

• Own creator recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention across the U.S. and Mexico.
• Build strong relationships with top-performing/high-GMV creators and provide white-glove support.
• Manage day-to-day creator communication across platforms such as Discord, WhatsApp, and other creator tools.
• Develop creator incentive campaigns, commission strategies, and GMV challenges.
• Coordinate product samples and content requests.
• Track creator performance, including GMV, conversion, CTR, content output, and sales.
• Manage affiliate budgets and commission spend.
• Partner with TikTok teams and internal marketing/e-commerce stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate creator partnerships, agencies, and affiliate management tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator management, or social commerce.
• Direct TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing top-performing creators and driving measurable revenue/GMV.
• Strong understanding of creator commissions, sampling, short-form video, and livestream commerce.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to move quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish fluency and/or experience working with Mexican creators is a strong plus.

Contract Rate: $24–$38/hour
