This model gives you real working time with a candidate before making a long-term decision, and it protects both sides. We handle all employer-of-record logistics during the contract period, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. When the time is right, we handle the conversion. 93% of our contract placements get extended or converted at the end of their initial term.

Found the right person but not ready to bring them on payroll? We act as employer of record so you can move fast without the administrative burden. Make the introduction and we take it from there: same-day onboarding, all insurances, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), background checks, and full onboarding/offboarding support. Simple hourly, weekly, or monthly rate. Convert to your payroll as early as 90 days on qualifying engagements — all the flexibility of contract-to-hire without building an HR department.
