Core Technical Skills (Must?Have)
• Strong experience with .NET
• Hands?on experience with mobbing and/or pair programming
• Proficient with Azure DevOps
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely and continuously with other engineers
Frontend & Mobile (Preferred / Nice to Have)
• React (strong plus)
• Android/iOS application development (nice to have)
AI?Assisted Software Development (Strong Plus)
• Practical experience using AI?powered development tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Similar AI coding assistants
• Ability to leverage AI tools to:
• Improve development velocity and code quality
• Assist with code generation, refactoring, and testing
• Support collaborative and mob/pair programming workflows
