Our client is a rapidly growing technology company building AI-powered products that improve trust, safety, and productivity in everyday communications.

The company serves millions of users and businesses worldwide through partnerships with major global organizations. As emerging threats and new technologies reshape digital communication, our client is expanding internationally and developing the next generation of intelligent consumer-protection solutions.

About the Role

The product team builds solutions at the intersection of communications, artificial intelligence, and consumer protection. Its work includes audio intelligence, fraud detection, synthetic-media detection, and conversational AI agents that enhance safety and productivity for consumers.

The company trains proprietary models while also incorporating third-party technologies to complement its core products. These solutions must delight end users while delivering strategic and commercial value to enterprise partners.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead one or more of these products. We are looking for someone who can operate strategically—defining the product vision and why the team is building it—while remaining deeply involved in product development. You will work alongside engineers, embrace a builder mentality, and confidently engage with the technical details of the solution.

This is not primarily a backlog-management role focused on sprint planning, standups, and writing PRDs. You will stay close to customers, understand their underlying needs, transform uncertainty into clarity, connect ideas, establish a product vision, and execute it. You will own the product end to end.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak frequently with enterprise customers to understand what they need and why.
  • Develop a product vision that solves meaningful customer and user problems.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, say “no” when necessary, and ensure the team, customers, and internal stakeholders understand what is being built and why.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to execute the vision, establish priorities, prototype ideas, and occasionally contribute directly to technical work.
  • Collaborate with Research to prioritize the model-training roadmap.
  • Work with Revenue teams to uncover customer needs, develop pricing strategies, and support customer-facing meetings and events.
  • Partner with Legal to understand how regulations shape the product.
  • Work with Finance on product economics, business cases, and investment decisions.

This Role Is for You If

  • You have at least one of the following backgrounds:
    • Product management experience at a venture-backed startup.
    • Experience as a founder or early-stage employee working closely with the product.
    • Management consulting experience at a top-tier firm combined with demonstrated technical fluency.
  • You likely have a technical background through your education or professional experience.
  • You execute with urgency and inspire the same mindset in those around you.
  • You are excited about building AI solutions that can positively affect millions of people.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, embrace autonomy, and know when to ask for support.
  • You are deeply curious, enjoy understanding how things work, and learn new concepts quickly.
  • You use AI as a core part of your workflow to improve both speed and quality.
  • You stay close to the technology and AI ecosystem and actively experiment with newly released models and products.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can structure and present your ideas clearly.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI-powered products at the model, orchestration, or application layer.
  • A track record of successfully launching products as a Product Manager.
  • The ability to demonstrate something you built independently without engineering support.
  • A unique personal or professional experience that has meaningfully shaped who you are.

How We Work

Our client is not a passive environment. Team members are expected to take ownership, form opinions, and engage directly with difficult problems. The company operates with a high degree of transparency and autonomy. Context is shared openly, and decisions are discussed, challenged, finalized, and supported.

You will be expected to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and take responsibility for results while maintaining a high standard for quality and customer trust.

Every team member is expected to:

  • Serve customers and partners by maintaining a high standard for trust and quality.
  • Own outcomes, share in successes, and remain open about failures.
  • Lead by listening, contributing a clear point of view, and committing fully once a decision is made.
  • Improve continuously, even when it requires changing direction.
  • Take action rather than simply observe.
