What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base salary plus equity (.05%-.10%)
- Ability to work onsite five days per week
- Office located in the North Seattle area
About the Role
- Build and ship end-to-end product features that have a direct impact on customers and business growth
- Partner closely with the founders to solve complex, ambiguous problems with simple, intuitive solutions
- Own projects from concept through deployment, balancing engineering excellence with product thinking
- Contribute across the stack, considering user experience, performance, scalability, and data
- Prototype quickly, iterate based on customer feedback, and deploy code frequently
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll have meaningful ownership from day one
