The Opportunity
The engineering team is looking for Software Engineers who enjoy solving difficult distributed systems problems and building products from the ground up.
You'll help design and develop core platform capabilities, build scalable backend services, work with real-time data, and create software that directly impacts enterprise customers.
This is an environment for engineers who enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and shipping meaningful products rather than maintaining legacy systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable software services and APIs
- Develop features that leverage real-time data and modern AI capabilities
- Solve challenging problems involving performance, scalability, and distributed systems
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and technical leadership
- Own projects from design through production
- Help shape engineering best practices and platform architecture
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python, Java, or C++
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and software architecture
- Experience building scalable SaaS or enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Willing to participate in an on-call rotation
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or machine learning frameworks
- Kafka, Flink, SQL, or NoSQL databases
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems
- Open-source contributions or personal software projects demonstrating a passion for building technology
