Software Engineer
We're building AI-native software that helps investment professionals analyze information, automate workflows, and make better decisions. As a Software Engineer, you'll work on large-scale LLM systems, AI agents that complete complex analyst workflows, and the product experiences that bring those capabilities to users.
You'll own problems end-to-end, from defining solutions and building systems to deploying features and working directly with customers. This is a highly autonomous role for engineers who enjoy operating with significant ownership and responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-powered applications using large language models and agentic systems
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python
- Build customer-facing product experiences using React and TypeScript
- Architect systems that process and retrieve information from large document collections
- Partner directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from scoping and implementation through deployment and support
- Leverage modern AI development tools and workflows to accelerate software delivery
- Contribute to technical architecture, product direction, and engineering best practices
Qualifications
Required
- 0–7 years of software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building and shipping production software
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex problems
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing aptitude
- Interest in AI-native software development and modern engineering workflows
Preferred
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with Python and modern backend development
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or generative AI applications
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience working across the full stack

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000–$170,000, depending on experience
