- Built and led the delivery of the early versions of the Silkline platform, spearheading pilot programs at initial customers
- Worked with the team to think through strategy and the evolution of the business
- Influenced new product and feature design while defining a long-term technical strategy aligned with industry best practices
- Designed and implemented platform integrations with outside APIs, partners, and cloud infrastructure
- Built something scrappily to show customer value, so that we have now earned the right to re-architect for scale.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience as product-minded software engineer with either top-tier start-up or educational backgrounds (must be very strong technically)
- Prior experience at a high pedigree start-up (fast growing, tier 1 VC backed, etc)
- Strong product technical fundamentals with experience across the stack in modern tech such as Typescript (preferred), React, Next.js, Python or Go
- Demonstrated track record of fast promotions and extreme ownership
- Ability to lean in cross-functionally whilst remaining highly product minded
- Significant/demonstrated interest in supply chains and adjacent industries
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface well with customers
- Clear signals of ownership and taking the initiative to fix problems
- MUST BE US citizen or green card holder and excited to be ONSITE 5 days a week in Seattle
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations preferred
- CS degree from a top 30 university
- Experience building out various API integrations including various ERP systems

- week technical skills (avoid C-based or other lower-skilled engineers)

- Interview process:
- Co-founder screen – 30 minutes
- Tech screen – 1 hour (it says 1 hour but I’m assuming more time than this), half take home exercise and half live discussion to continue the project
- Final on-site (3-4 hours) – 3 stages including a systems design interview (problem solving and product introduction), technical coding challenge, and lunch/drinks with the team)
