Senior Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platforms

Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior engineer to build and scale AI-powered software products. You’ll work across front-end applications, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll help set technical direction, solve complex engineering problems, and improve the reliability and quality of the systems your team delivers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications and back-end services.
• Develop APIs and integrations that support AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Improve deployment pipelines, testing, monitoring, performance, and security.
• Make sound architectural decisions that balance speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and shared problem-solving.
• Partner with Product, Design, and other teams to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Explain technical tradeoffs and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production products.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including modern front-end frameworks, back-end services, and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized applications.
• Experience designing for scalability, observability, availability, and security.
• Sound technical judgment and the ability to lead projects across teams.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach to engineering.

Experience building AI-powered applications or agent-based systems is a plus.
