Compensation: $170–230K base + 0.1–0.2% equity

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale backend services and APIs powering AI-driven workflows
• Develop infrastructure integrating LLMs into production systems
• Prototype quickly and productionize reliable, secure systems
• Improve architecture, observability, and engineering standards

What They’re Looking For

• 7+ years backend engineering experience
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Strong systems design / distributed systems background
• Interest or experience with LLMs / generative AI
• Product mindset and ability to move quickly with high quality
