Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be a foundational hire at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. You will take direct ownership of significant product and infrastructure initiatives, with a clear path toward technical leadership as the engineering organization scales.
Responsibilities
Platform Development
Work across a real-time communications platform, customer-facing dashboard, agent runtime systems, and analytics infrastructure. Current initiatives include scaling telephony and backend systems to support massive call volume, building outbound communication and reporting capabilities, and expanding self-serve enterprise functionality within the customer platform.
Feature Ownership
Own product lines end-to-end, from scoping and architecture through delivery and iteration. Projects may include workflow automation systems, OCR and document processing pipelines, permissions and access control frameworks, and outbound automation tooling. Your work will have direct impact on revenue growth and operational scalability.
Software Architecture
Design and build systems with strict performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. You will make principled technical decisions under ambiguity, identify where architecture needs to evolve, and establish strong engineering foundations for long-term growth.
Customer-Focused Engineering
Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand real-world product usage and translate feedback directly into product and technical decisions. Engineers are expected to operate close to the business and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
Leadership Growth
Join initially as a senior individual contributor with the expectation of growing into a technical leadership role over time. Early engineering hires will help shape team culture, mentor future hires, and contribute to scaling the organization as the company grows rapidly.
Ideal Background
- Strong experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems
- Experience working with real-time systems, communications platforms, or high-scale infrastructure preferred
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong product sense and comfort working directly with customers
- Interest in helping build and scale engineering teams over time
