Duration: 6 months
Location: Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC (2 days/week onsite)
Compensation: $60/hour

About the Role

AI agents are transforming how enterprise software is managed. In this role, you'll lead the vision and execution for an AI-powered administrative experience that enables administrators to configure, provision, govern, and troubleshoot a complex SaaS platform using natural language and autonomous workflows instead of traditional settings and manual processes.

You'll join a Product Management team within the platform organization and partner closely with engineering, design, and security. This team owns core administration and identity capabilities including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and enterprise administration. Your mission will be to evolve these foundational capabilities into an agent-first experience.

This is a highly visible, fast-moving area with significant ambiguity. You'll help define product strategy, make build-versus-buy decisions around AI capabilities, and collaborate with engineering, security, and executive leadership to shape the future of intelligent enterprise administration.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical problems, translating customer needs into intuitive product experiences, and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI-powered administrative experience that simplifies configuration, user management, permissions, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner closely with Security to define how AI agents authenticate, are authorized, governed, scoped, and audited across the platform.
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy opportunities for AI capabilities and drive product recommendations backed by customer needs and technical considerations.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, including customer research, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution.
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform, customer workflows, enterprise identity and security, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, security, product marketing, customer success, and executive leadership.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and market research to prioritize investments and measure product success.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI agents, enterprise identity, and security to identify future product opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping software products in Agile environments.
  • Experience defining product strategy and driving execution in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting strategy to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and understand system architecture, APIs, identity systems, and AI technologies.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams from concept through launch.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-powered products, copilots, assistants, LLM features, or agentic workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise identity and access management technologies such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, or RBAC.
  • Experience partnering closely with security teams on authentication, governance, or compliance initiatives.
  • Background building products for enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
  • Experience developing long-term product strategy informed by customer research, business goals, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with products supporting sales, marketing, or go-to-market teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
