Hybrid preferred in Palo Alto, CA, with flexibility for exceptional candidates based in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $180,000–$240,000
• Bonus: 10–15%

The leadership team has been pioneering agentic AI for approximately four years—well before the recent surge in large language model adoption—and has built an impressive portfolio of innovation, including 26 patents in the space.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll partner closely with Engineering and AI Research to define, build, and launch real-world Agentic AI capabilities for enterprise customers.

You'll own highly strategic product initiatives, translating complex customer problems into scalable AI-driven solutions while balancing user needs, technical architecture, and business impact.

This role requires someone who can think at both the platform and application layers—understanding not only customer use cases, but also the underlying AI infrastructure that powers them.

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for enterprise Agentic AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and AI research teams to bring innovative products to market.
• Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise AI use cases.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive customer experiences.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Drive product execution from concept through launch and iteration.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership.
