Senior IS Program Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IS Program Manager to lead large, complex, enterprise-wide technology programs, with a primary focus on divestiture initiatives. This role will oversee multiple IS teams and shared service functions, driving alignment and execution across technical and business stakeholders.
The Senior IS Program Manager will use extensive program management experience to plan, organize, and lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. This individual must be comfortable navigating complex organizational environments, managing change and dependencies, and influencing teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide IS programs, including large-scale divestiture initiatives
• Coordinate multiple IS teams, shared services, business stakeholders, and workstreams
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure program objectives remain on track
• Identify and resolve cross-program issues, risks, and competing priorities
• Lead organizational change and facilitate effective decision-making
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Build strong partnerships across technical and business teams and lead through influence
Qualifications
• Extensive experience leading large, complex IT/IS programs in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience managing programs involving multiple technical teams and shared services
• Experience with divestitures, M&A, separations, or other large-scale enterprise transformations strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and influence across organizational boundaries
• Strong program planning, risk management, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
