About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a growing recruiting team during a period of increased hiring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating exceptional candidate experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves keeping complex interview processes running smoothly.
This is a temporary position expected to last through the end of the year, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
What You'll Do
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process by:
- Coordinating virtual and onsite interviews from initial screen through final interview, managing complex candidate and interviewer schedules.
- Partnering with office and IT teams to ensure interview rooms, technology, and logistics are prepared.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and interview details.
- Greeting onsite candidates and ensuring they have an outstanding interview experience.
- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview pipelines moving efficiently.
- Troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with professionalism and creativity.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Keeping interview activity and candidate updates current for stakeholder visibility.
- Assisting with job postings and other recruiting administrative tasks.
- Monitoring the recruiting inbox and responding promptly to scheduling requests.
- Supporting recruiting projects, process improvements, hiring events, and internship programming as needed.
- Helping deliver a polished, thoughtful, and welcoming candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, executive support, or other high-volume coordination experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships across candidates, hiring teams, and interviewers.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Slack.
- Comfortable managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
