Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25-29/hour

About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist to support day-to-day front desk operations and help ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a true receptionist role focused on greeting visitors, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. There are no incoming phone responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk
- Manage visitor check-in and access control processes
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Use work order systems to submit and track requests
- Help maintain an organized and professional front office
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Experience using work order systems and/or access control systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with accurate spelling, grammar, and formatting
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in an onsite office environment

This is a contract opportunity with the potential for extension and possible conversion based on performance.
