What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap development, and ongoing optimization for key AI platform capabilities.

• Partner closely with engineering and other technical stakeholders to evaluate new technologies, capabilities, and integration opportunities.

• Translate business objectives, customer needs, and technical requirements into actionable product priorities.

• Drive product initiatives from initial discovery and evaluation through development, launch, and ongoing improvement.

• Establish processes and frameworks to support product performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Analyze product performance, usage trends, customer feedback, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.

• Evaluate technical and commercial trade-offs, including infrastructure costs, performance, and user experience.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify technical challenges, improve platform capabilities, and resolve operational issues.

• Monitor emerging technologies and competitive developments to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and recommendations to technical teams and business leadership.

• Help build scalable product management practices within a growing organization.

What We're Looking For

• Significant product management experience, preferably within technical platforms, infrastructure, developer tools, or AI-related products.

• Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering and infrastructure teams.

• Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning platforms, APIs, or related technologies.

• Experience owning complex technical products throughout the product lifecycle.

• Ability to evaluate technical performance, operational considerations, and business impact when making product decisions.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide prioritization and strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make decisions in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience developing product roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model-serving technologies, or developer platforms.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and performance optimization.

• Experience working with third-party technology providers or complex integrations.

• Background in a high-growth startup or emerging technology environment.
