Fuel Talent is partnering with a confidential private individual or family office in their search for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a senior Principal. This role will focus on providing seamless personal support, helping manage day-to-day life logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. This person thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. They are resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in on any task, big or small, to support the executive’s lifestyle.
Responsibilities:

 
  • Manage complex and ever-changing personal calendars including appointments, travel, and social commitments
  • Coordinate all aspects of personal travel including detailed itineraries, logistics, and preferences
  • Oversee household operations including vendors, service providers, and maintenance schedules
  • Serve as a liaison across household staff, vendors, and external partners ensuring seamless communication
  • Manage personal correspondence including screening, responding, and organizing communications
  • Run errands and support day-to-day personal needs including shopping, returns, and general tasks
  • Assist with management of personal assets such as vehicles, insurance, and subscriptions
  • Coordinate pet care, appointments, and other household-specific needs as applicable
  • Plan and execute personal events, gatherings, and gifting initiatives
  • Maintain organized systems for personal data, files, and records
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and proactively improve processes across the household
  • Support occasional business-related tasks and partner with Executive Assistants as needed
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree typically preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience providing high-level personal support, ideally in a household or private office setting
  • Proven experience managing complex schedules, logistics, and high-volume coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities and vendors
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Or G-Suite and modern tools
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable with a no task too small attitude
  • Willingness to be available outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Ability to run errands as needed

Compensation Range Example:
The typical base salary range that we tend to see for a Personal Assistant in the Greater Seattle area with 5 to 10 years of experience is $90,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, scope, and complexity of the role etc. Many roles may also include bonus or additional benefits depending on the structure of the position.
