Part-Time Web Developer (TypeScript / Vite)
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week to start, transitioning to ~20 hours/month for ongoing support
Compensation: Open, DOE
About the Role
We're working with a fast-growing startup looking for a part-time Web Developer to own updates and enhancements to their marketing website. The immediate focus is implementing design updates to existing pages and building new pages from Figma designs. Long term, you'll serve as the go-to resource for ongoing website improvements and new landing pages.
What You'll Do
- Update and maintain a Vite-based website (not WordPress)
- Build new pages from Figma designs
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to ship updates quickly
- Support ongoing website enhancements as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience with TypeScript, Vite, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to translate Figma designs into polished, production-ready pages
- Strong front-end development skills and attention to detail
- Startup mindset with the ability to work independently
- Portfolio of relevant web projects
