This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role will serve as a key point of contact for onsite and weekend IT support, helping ensure employees have the technology and resources they need to be successful.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary IT support resource for the local office, providing exceptional desktop and end-user support.
  • Act as a point of contact for weekend IT support needs and onsite technology issues.
  • Support hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting for both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Dell and Apple devices.
  • Set up and support conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and live-streaming technology for meetings and events.
  • Perform office technology moves, adds, changes, and site support as needed.
  • Partner with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver technology projects and improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with user account administration and identity management.
  • Help manage IT inventory, procurement, and technology asset lifecycle.
  • Promote self-service resources and best practices while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Diagnose technical issues, prioritize requests, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Dell and Apple hardware.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and/or Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, or Palo Alto is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of local IT support.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Security+ certification.
  • Experience with mobile device management (Workspace ONE or similar).
  • Experience supporting email systems and identity providers.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and knowledge management tools.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Opportunity to convert to a full-time position after the initial contract.
  • Join a collaborative IT team that values curiosity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Work with modern technology in a highly engaged, employee-focused environment.
  • Complimentary onsite meals and a supportive office culture.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and enterprise IT projects.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in providing outstanding support. Technical skills are important, but we're equally interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
