We're looking for an IT Support Engineer who genuinely enjoys helping people solve technology problems while delivering an exceptional white-glove support experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional office environment and enjoys balancing hands-on technical support with systems administration and IT improvement projects.

This position is approximately 70% end-user support and 30% systems administration/project work.

What You'll Do

End-User Support

  • Provide prompt, professional technical support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and mobile device issues.
  • Support conference room technology, Zoom Rooms, printers, and other office technology.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Onboard and offboard employees, including account provisioning, hardware deployment, and access management.
  • Deliver an exceptional white-glove support experience while communicating effectively with users at every level of the organization.

Systems Administration

  • Manage users, licenses, and permissions across Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune (or another MDM platform), and related endpoint management tools.
  • Configure software, security tools, MFA, endpoint protection, and device compliance policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventory, and technical knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor security alerts, device health, patching, firmware, and software updates.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in IT infrastructure and security initiatives.
  • Help implement and improve internal systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee technology experience.
  • Take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 3+ years of professional IT support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Admin Center and other SaaS administration consoles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or another Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous documentation habits.
  • Calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Professional, low-ego approach with exceptional customer service skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting executives or high-touch professional environments.
  • Apple Genius Bar or similar premium customer support experience.
  • Experience with Zoom administration, Adobe Admin Console, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • PowerShell or other light scripting experience.
  • Experience supporting AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
