The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a large healthcare organization seeking an experienced IS Project Manager to lead multiple medium-sized technology projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager with experience working in complex healthcare environments who is comfortable managing multiple initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do

Manage multiple Information Systems and technology projects simultaneously

Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, budgets, timelines, and work breakdown structures

Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track

Lead projects through implementation, deployment, and go-live

Partner closely with technical, operational, clinical, and business stakeholders

Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and drive appropriate resolution

Conduct root cause analysis and support process improvement initiatives

Prepare project updates and present status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals
What We’re Looking For

Healthcare project management experience required

Experience managing Information Systems, IT, or technology-related projects

Experience within biomedical engineering, clinical engineering, or related healthcare technology environments strongly preferred

High-level understanding of biomedical or clinical engineering environments preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

Experience developing and maintaining project charters, plans, budgets, schedules, and other project documentation

Experience leading teams through implementation and go-live

Root cause analysis and process improvement experience

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Must currently reside in Washington or Alaska
Engagement Details
This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the intention to convert to a full-time position. The position will operate in a hybrid environment and requires candidates to be based in Washington or Alaska.
