Our client is an emerging AI technology company developing a modern platform that helps organizations turn complex data into actionable business insights. With $14M in seed funding and a team of approximately 10, the company is entering an exciting stage of product development and growth.

They're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in a startup environment, and wants to help shape how AI changes the way businesses make decisions.

Position Details

• Location: Bellevue, WA | 4 days onsite

• Compensation: $160K–$200K base + equity

• Stage: Seed-funded startup

• Team: Approximately 10 employees

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on engineering role with significant ownership across the application. You'll help develop and scale a platform that combines artificial intelligence, data processing, and intuitive user experiences to make business intelligence more accessible.

As an early member of the engineering team, you'll work closely with company leadership, influence technical decisions, and contribute directly to the product roadmap. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems independently, experimenting with emerging technologies, and seeing their work make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack features across a modern SaaS application.

• Build AI-powered capabilities that simplify complex data workflows and improve the end-user experience.

• Develop interactive interfaces, dashboards, and data visualization tools.

• Integrate third-party applications and services to support connected business workflows.

• Collaborate with leadership to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering best practices, and product direction.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering productivity and delivery.

• Own projects throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept through production.

What We're Looking For

Technical Background

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.

• Backend development experience, ideally with PostgreSQL and Supabase.

• Familiarity with Vite or similar modern build tools.

• Experience incorporating LLMs or other AI technologies into production applications.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or agent-based development tools.

• Experience building and maintaining scalable, customer-facing software.

• A product-oriented engineer who understands the connection between technical decisions and business outcomes.
