Founding Engineer

he Role
We're hiring a Founding Engineer to work directly alongside our CTO and help build the next generation of AI-powered workplace software.
This isn't a narrowly scoped backend role, frontend role, ML role, or infrastructure role.
You'll do all of it.
One week you may be integrating a new customer environment. The next week you'll be building product features, improving agent evaluation systems, designing orchestration workflows, optimizing token usage, or talking directly with customers about their needs.
You'll be joining early enough that your fingerprints will be on nearly every major technical and product decision we make.
What You'll Work On

• Build full-stack product features from concept to production
• Design and implement AI agent workflows
• Build integrations with customer systems and data sources
• Develop evaluation and testing frameworks for AI systems
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the platform
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and pain points
• Help shape product direction and technical architecture
• Leverage AI tools aggressively to increase engineering velocity
