Fuel Talent is partnering with a successful, fast-growing and highly respected organization or private office in their search for an exceptional Executive / Personal Assistant to support a senior executive or principal. This role will serve as a true right-hand partner, providing both professional and personal support while helping maximize the executive’s time, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. This person thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. They are comfortable handling both business and personal responsibilities seamlessly and are willing to jump in on any task, big or small.
Responsibilities:
The typical base salary range that we tend to see for an Executive / Personal Assistant in the Greater Seattle area with 5 to 10 years of experience is $95,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, scope, and complexity of the role etc. Many roles may also include bonus, equity, or additional benefits depending on the structure of the position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and ever-changing professional and personal calendars, prioritizing competing commitments
- Coordinate all aspects of meetings, appointments, and personal obligations including logistics and follow-ups
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries across business and personal needs
- Serve as a liaison across business, household, and external stakeholders ensuring seamless communication
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Manage inboxes, flag priorities, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate
- Oversee household operations including vendors, service providers, and scheduling
- Run personal errands and support day-to-day personal needs as required
- Plan and execute personal events, family events, and gifting initiatives
- Prepare briefing materials, research, and summaries for meetings and projects
- Track action items across both personal and professional priorities ensuring follow-through
- Partner closely with other assistants, household staff, or office teams to ensure continuity and alignment
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives across both business and personal areas
- Bachelor’s degree typically preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or principals in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and high-volume coordination across both personal and professional needs
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across a variety of personalities
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite and modern productivity tools (Slack, Zoom, AI, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with a no task too small attitude
- Willingness to be available outside of standard business hours as needed
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
