Director IS Applications - Oracle Cloud Finance & ERP/EPM
As the Director of IS Applications (Oracle Cloud Finance & ERP/EPM), you will lead the planning, implementation, and support of enterprise application solutions across a large, complex organization. This role is responsible for strategy development, resource planning, and operational management to ensure effective deployment and ongoing optimization of IS applications.
You will oversee application design reviews, implementation processes, and vendor relationships while developing strategic plans to address complex business and technology challenges. This position partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maximize application value and performance.
This role may require up to 10% travel to support key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Strategy Developer
Lead strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and evaluating system effectiveness to meet evolving business needs.
Resource Manager
Drive resource planning and utilization, manage vendor relationships and contracts, and oversee budgets related to applications and services.
Operational Leader
Implement and optimize service delivery models, oversee application support initiatives, and lead process improvement and standardization efforts.
Collaborative Partner
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and external partners to leverage best practices and emerging technologies.
Mentor and Developer
Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged organization.
Accountability Owner
Manage stakeholder expectations, sponsor key initiatives, and ensure successful application performance and production support.
What You’ll Bring
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience within Information Systems, with 10+ years of overall relevant experience, including Oracle Cloud ERP design and implementation.
Technical Expertise
Strong background in enterprise application design, ERP systems, and process improvement methodologies.
ERP Knowledge
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solutions, including financial systems and performance management.
Leadership & Communication
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
Organizational Agility
Ability to manage competing priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
