Contract Recruiter (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Duration: 4-Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote (USA)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $40/hour 

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition team during a maternity leave coverage. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused primarily on sales and operations hiring across the U.S. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable managing large applicant pipelines, and confident partnering directly with hiring managers and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing active recruiting workflows rather than heavy sourcing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales and operations roles
• Review and manage large applicant volumes for fully remote openings
• Conduct recruiter screens and move qualified candidates through the interview process
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on hiring needs and candidate updates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience
• Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the ATS (Greenhouse experience would be a plus)
• Support consistent monthly hiring goals of approximately 6-8 hires per month

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including agency recruiting experience
• Experience managing high-volume or hourly hiring environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Organized and responsive with strong follow-through
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
