We have received new requirements from one of our clients. The candidates need to be located in Mexico and must be available to travel to client locations based in Chile, Columbia, Mexico, Brazil and the US. Please submit qualified profiles.

Title: Asset Finance Technical Consultant
Duration: Long term – Need profiles in Fulltime or Contract (Contract rate is $36/hour)
Location: Mexico – (please specify which countries the candidate is eligible and interested to travel)
Buy rate: USD $36/hour (All inclusive) (Travel expense will be paid based on actuals)
Role Overview
The Professional Services Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering end?to?end Asset Finance solutions by combining deep technical expertise with functional consulting and solution design. This role partners directly with clients, leads technical workstreams, and contributes to shaping the overall solution architecture. The consultant should be well versed in Spanish and can speak English.

Technical Leadership
- Architect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance solutions.
- Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environmental readiness.
- Oversee data migration approach, validation strategy, and cutover execution.
Functional & Consulting Responsibilities
- Lead requirement?gathering workshops with clients and translating needs into functional + technical designs.
- Define solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategy.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Validate business processes such as quote?to?contract, in?life servicing, and accounting flows.
- Provide guidance on best practices, domain standards, and product capabilities.
- Support project managers in planning, risk management, and solution delivery governance.
Solutioning & Advisory Mindset
- Recommend approaches that balance configuration vs customization.
- Identify gaps, create solution options, and present impact assessments to clients.
- Contribute to design authority discussions and ensure solution alignment.
- Mentor junior consultants on functional and technical topics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical background with expertise in Asset Finance systems.
- Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL migration, and interface development experience.
- Deep knowledge of asset finance domains, including Assets & Residual Value Management, Asset Finance accounting fundamentals, Auto-Leasing and Equipment Finance Concepts, Hire Purchase & loan structures, In-Life contract servicing, Quote to contract lifecycle.
- Proven experience in designing integrations using APIs, XML, web services.
- Strong functional understanding of business workflows and finance operations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client?facing consulting skills.
- Experience 1-12 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading consulting or professional services delivery.
- Background in solution architecture or technical design authority.
- Exposure to cloud deployment, security models, or microservices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and enterprise delivery frameworks.
