Molly McDonald

Molly is a Seattle native with over 15 years of operations and process management experience. She has enjoyed working in many different industries, learning best practices that she uses to help operations run smoothly to support both the company and our clients. She is fueled by a passion for creating the best systemic environment for operations to run without creating roadblocks. She has lived and worked abroad in Mexico and Moldova and loves to travel.  

Molly’s Fuel: A true Seattleite, Molly loves outdoor adventures in many places but especially the PNW. She loves to hike, ski, rock climb, and any other excuse to be out in the wilderness. She also loves to travel abroad and prefers to stay one place long enough to learn a little bit about the local lifestyle.
