Matt Yeager leads engineering at Fuel Talent, bringing a rare combination of deep technical expertise, founder experience, and real-world problem-solving to the team. With a career rooted in building practical software and AI systems across industries, Matt focuses on creating technology that actually works in the field, not just in theory.

Before joining Fuel Talent, Matt founded Kragworks Ag Solutions, where he spent more than seven years building agricultural technology solutions designed for real operational environments. As CTO and later advisor, he led the development of systems that bridged modern software with the realities of farming, logistics, and infrastructure. His work has consistently centered on turning complex technology into usable, durable tools for real businesses.

Matt has also held engineering leadership roles at Agerpoint and Allan Brothers, building and scaling technical teams, platforms, and data systems across agriculture, manufacturing, and enterprise environments. His background spans software development, systems architecture, data infrastructure, and engineering leadership, giving him a grounded, full-stack perspective on building teams and products that last.
