Shauna Conlon
Shauna Conlon (aka Conlon) is a Director at Fuel Talent based in Seattle. She has been in the search industry for nearly 15 years and runs the Administrative Support & HR Practice at Fuel.
Conlon’s focus is on placing all administrative roles ranging from front desk positions, to Executive Assistants and up to Chief of Staff roles. She also handles Personal Assistant and Household Manager/Estate Managers positions, as well as everything that falls within the HR function, from Benefit Coordinators up to Directors and VP’s. Conlon takes a consultative high touch approach and works closely with clients and candidates to ensure both are happy long term.
Conlon’s roots have always been in Washington. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Conlon’s Fuel: Conlon’s fuel is her family. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband and daughter. Conlon is also fueled by knowing she has helped candidates find a job they love and that she has made life easier for her clients!
