Lena Ehrhardt has over 10 years of experience working with executives at early-stage and high-growth companies. Most recently, she worked as an HR Leader and Recruiter for an AI-powered insights and analytics software start-up.  She has a passion for learning and developing relationships and utilizes these skills to stay current on design and research trends to ensure that her team delivers the best and most relevant talent to her clients.

Lena's Fuel: Lena is fueled by spending time with her husband, bonus daughters, and rescue dogs. You’ll often find them camping, hiking, biking, boating, and doing all the things the beautiful PNW has to offer.  Lena and her family are also big foodies so when not in nature, they love to explore new restaurants in Seattle, especially if they serve oysters.
