Erika Rodgers

Erika is a Recruiter at Fuel Talent. She is from Glendora, CA, but has been living in Seattle for 7 years. She came out to Seattle in 2014 to attend and play softball at Seattle University. After graduating SU, she became a nanny. Then, she transitioned to interning at an antique shop, and gained a customer service background.

She is so excited to be a part of the Fuel Talent family and loves helping others. Being able to connect and help someone find a job they’ll love and be successful is what fuels her.

Erika’s Fuel: Playing golf, going hiking, walking around Greenlake, and trying out new restaurants with friends. She also loves to travel and visit places she’s never been before.
