After 25 years of national recruiting experience, I launched Fuel Talent as a woman-owned recruiting firm in 2013 and am proud of what our team has built.
Our success is multi-faceted; we do not attribute our growth and success to just one factor.
The birth of Fuel Talent came from the realization that there was a market need for a boutique recruiting firm; a high-touch, one-stop shop that could service multiple recruiting needs within one firm.
I saw a gap in the market and believed strongly that to deliver maximum value, I needed to build a team that would lead with service and relationships as the foundation. Our team knows technology is a powerful efficiency tool, but it doesn’t replace the bedrock of our business.
We prioritize our relationships – they are deep and personal and go beyond a surface-level connection. We are obsessed with client service and creating real, meaningful and long term partnerships.
When I started the company, the first thing we did was identify our core values - what we are about and who we want to target to work with us at Fuel Talent.

While it is inspiring to be honored as one of the Fastest-Growing Companies in Washington, I am most proud of our recognition in the community as one the top Corporate Philanthropists and Best Workplaces in Washington.
We are grateful for our clients and candidates who have helped us get to this place, but this is just the beginning. We are nearing our five-year mark and are excited to continue to scale our business through developing new relationships and nurturing our long-standing ones.
